Mamma Mia

INFUSED WITH OPULENT EMBROIDERIES AND CHARMINGLY NAÏVE SKETCHES DOMENICO DOLCE AND STEFANO GABBANA PAID TRIBUTE TO THE EVERYDAY MUSE, MAMA, TO CREATE THE MOST DELIGHTFUL STORY-TO-WEAR THIS FALL.

It all started with an unashamed declaration of love to mommies at the Dolce & Gabbana Fall/Winter 2015 fashion show back in March. The Italian duo celebrated sweet maternal adoration in blush pink and opulent embroideries that went into action beyond ready-to-wear and into accessories. Slowly beginning to filter into stores, we cannot quite decide whether to wear or decorate these toys of choice. Blush pink pumps are embroidered with sequins and cute needle threadwork that we can say for sure is a thing for Dolce & Gabbana's Fall/Winter line-up. Options vary from traditional family portrait totes to handwritten dedications translated onto sling pumps and platforms and the more we look, the more we discover. Notworthy to mention, we feel like having a chat and coffee with mom after this striking shopping experience.
