If you have been following around 3.1 Phillip Lim’s Instagram account recently you could not have failed to notice the continuous celebration of the labels 10th anniversary. Celebrating the present and what the team has achieved, being in the moment and enjoying the beauty in the everyday, to romanticise the reality and to actually take time to enjoy these moments, take the time to “stop and smell the flowers.” 

Shot by Viviane Sassen, the campaign captures spontaneous and real moments that originated in the authentic idea to accompany Lyia Kebede to her hometown, Addis Ababa in Ethiopia, where she grew up and her parents still live. Shot with her real family in real life situations, this campaign definitely has one true story worth sharing.
